1/26/2026 UPDATE

The network build out is progressing nicely. There are 11 repeaters in service around the Northern Prescott area. Not all 11 have made it to their permanent homes, but we are working to cover and fine tune the areas each services. Chino Valley is still a work in progress and PV is in need of a resident who can help with the coverage there.

The Network Analyzer is yielding some interesting info, and guiding much of our plans with the intent upon building the best network we can, utilizing its info.

This past weekend, I put the “Message Center” online. It functions similar to a BBS. This particular implementation makes it voulnerable to minor delays. If you login with the password “hello”, take a breath and let it send to you all the existing and new messages.

Yesterday, we started the process of renaming the repeaters to help the user better determine where it is located. GPS has been added to each so the auto-routing of flood packets get where they are intended to go. Don’t be afraid to “Reset Path” before giving up on the autoroute.

If you’ve been waiting for this network to build out more before trying it…. Wait no longer!

Hope to see you there!

Oh, by the way…. Coding Rate has changed from 5 to 7 to streamline throughput.
